Watch out for "GRTFL1"

I was driving the other day and came across this personalized plate on a blue BMW. Whomever was driving it was very reckless and purposely almost caused an accident involving myself and the lady behind me. I'm not doing this out of anger. My sister said she's seen the same car in our area and has seen him driving recklessly as well. So- just watch out and "steer" clear (my lame attempt at humor). Also, if you happen to be with me when and if I meet him face-to-face get ready for me to give him an earful. My girls were in the car, the lady behind me had kids in her car, and he had a kid in his car: IN THE FRONT SEAT. That's all about that.
