I was sorting clothes the other day, putting away cold weather stuff and getting out the warm weather things. I washed it all, and put it away. Then it came time for Amelia to get dressed for the day. I picked out a cute pair of pink knit capris and a top for her. She put the capris on and they were already a little too short and a smidge too tight, but not that bad. I figured she'd get a few more months out of them before we had to put them away, but I was bummed that she wouldn't be able to wear them longer because they are cute.
Then... I was putting away her laundry a few days ago and double checked the pants, I'm not sure why. They are a size 18 mos. OOPS. They were supposed to go in Emery's room. And they are in fact pants, not capris. HA, I think it' s pretty funny that my 5 year old walked around in 18 mos pants for a day- I'm really glad they didn't rip apart...

Funny story! Can't believe they would even fit a 5 year old. Saw you today at the funeral, but had to leave a little early so I couldn't say hi.
