Long time no blog...

It's been awhile since I've blogged so this will be a long catch up session! Where have I been? Well, we are currently drowning in a sea of paperwork and boxes. We are moving! Where? A really long ways away- one WHOLE block. We currently live 2 blocks from my sister and her family- after the move we will live one block from them. Yes, I'm sort of a stalker, it's OK.

So onto the good stuff- pictures of the kids!

Ian and I love sushi and order it to go for a rare treat. Well, the girls have taken a liking to sushi so we can't keep it all to ourselves anymore!

Amelia loves sushi too! She requested it for her birthday dinner as well.

Riding the umbrellas at the carnival with BFF Isa and an older friend (they would not do it without her!). Going to the carnival with Isa was Amelia's birthday "party" this year.

Carnival birthday fun with BFF Isa.

Amelia's birthday breakfast, she loves getting to use the red "you are special today" plate.

A chocolate vanilla swirl cake made and decorated by Amelia, Jesselyn, and myself.

Making the 6 year old birthday wish!

Family picture taken during Amelia's birthday party

These girls LOVE to hold hands in the car. In this picture we were headed home at about 10 pm from my parents so the girls had been asleep for a few hours before we woke them and put them in the car. They held hands all the way home. Emery's face cracks me up- it's her "I'm asleep and smiling" face. It's kind of scary :)

What does Emery do when I am on the computer while she is awake? Finds an ink pen refill and draws all over herself while standing RIGHT next to me. Nice job mom, nice job.

More ink pen art.....

Looks like you guys have been having fun! I didn't know you were moving- that's cool. I'll bet it will be nice to be even closer to your sister than you already were. Fun! But the moving part- not so fun, I'm sure! Let me know if we can help with anything!
Love,
Lisa

So fill us in on the move details. How long did it take to sell your house? Can't wait to hear more. Oh ya, I can't believe A just turned 6. Times sure flys by and waits for no one!

Wow Erin, I can't believe how grown up your girls are, especially Amelia! I remember you bringing her in to the office to show off when she was born, wasn't that like yesterday?! Thanks for your comment on my blog, I'm glad you found me!
