Chicken and Rice Soup
5 cups chicken broth
2 cans Costco canned chicken or 2-3 cups cooked chicken
2 cups veggies (I use frozen)
1 cup brown rice
1 tsp to 1 Tbsp lemon juice
A shake of garlic powder... if you like garlic
Put everything in crock-pot, mix a little, cook on low 6-8 hours. I like to serve it with homemade bread machine rolls. OK, now I'm drooling....

i'm thinking this is what you made for us after mason was born? not that i expect you to remember... but it was sure yummy! i'm going to have to try it. thanks :)
