Emery's 1st Birthday

Yes, it's been almost a month since Emery's birthday. I'm slow :) Here are some pictures of our celebration. Her stats for her one year appt are on the right sidebar. Her personality shows up more and more each day. She is unique for sure and likes to go her own way!

We celebrated her actual birthday in Colorado while we were there for the Long Family Christmas. It took her a little while to warm up to the idea of eating sugar (she must be like her dad). But, she ended up enjoying the cupcakes Grandma Mary and the cousins made for her.



The cake we made her to celebrate her birthday at home, you can see an E made out of M&M's on the top cupcake. The girls really enjoyed helping me decorate.



I love her face, it's like she's thinking "WOW my cake is on fire!"



You can see that with a little practice she's really getting the hang of it.
