Where have we been?

Wow- it's been forever since I've blogged (well it feels like forever for me). So what have we been up to?

1. My parents moved into town (it was only 112) and we've been helping unpack their boxes and get them settled.
2. We (Ian and I) went to the Christ In Youth conference in Orange, CA for a week with high school students from our church. We love this experience and had a great time with the "next generation" they really are some cool people! The girls hung out with my parents and their aunt and uncle for the week.
   
3. I've been sick- again. Yes it's getting ridiculous and my Dr and I are trying our best to find a good solution that does not involve lots of yucky steroids and constant antibiotics.
4. My friend Jen came into town for a visit. Again it was 110+, it seriously needs to back off!

And now we are here, trying to get back to normal before everything changes and Amelia heads off to kindergarten! Yes, I've already bought her back-to-school supplies, which is apparently weird. People keep commenting that she's not going to school for another month. Sales people, lots of sales including a free backpack, pack of pencils, pack of pens, and pack of highlighters. I like to be prepared :) I'll post some super cute pictures soon.
