Check out their website. Before I committed to buying the book I checked out their original book from the library, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. It's also a great book, but uses mostly white flour :(
I made pizza the other night using their Whole Wheat Olive Oil Dough. I added a homemade sauce, Canadian bacon, black olives, and cheese. Everyone ate it!
PS- homemade pizza sauce- super easy
1 small can no salt added tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
