1. Affordable
2. Cute
3. The girls can get the clips themselves
What do you think? This hangs in the girl's bathroom.
I like it, almost as much as all of the hair clips! And I made it myself. You can make one too. I promise it's easy. Here's what I did.
1. Bought 2 matching Gerbera Daisies from Michael's and a spool of ribbon.
2. Zip tied the two flowers together on both sides and bent the ends out.
3. Cut and hot glue ribbon onto stems. I made a loop to glue it on and made the lengths different or I would have gone crazy with them being just a little off.
4. Fold under and hot glue the bottom end of each ribbon
5. Embellish with random scrapbooking supplies (which I also happen to be addicted too....)
6. Nail it to the wall
7. Decorate with hair clips
8. FINISHED
Total cost- about $5. We've had this clip holder for 2 years and it still looks fabulous (at least I think it does). And the girls can get their own clips- Emery needs to be reminded to be gentle!
So, now I need your help. I need a way to organize the headbands that are taking over the bathroom. Any thoughts? If you decide to make your own clip holder please send me a picture- I'd love to see it!!
My motivation wearing some of their clips ;)

oh, that is so cute. You could totally sell those. I love the giddy giddy hair clips and she sells her clip holders: http://www.giddygiddy.com - I can see you doing that too!
That is so creative, Erin, and looks simple to make too. I think I'll make one for my granddaughter. Great idea!
I'm SO doing this!!!
